Must have practical experience in barbering. Must be skilled in modern haircuts, including low fade, mid fade, high fade, taper fade and skin fade. Must be good at hairline shaping, beard trimming and shaving. Must know how to operate and maintain clippers, trimmers and other barbering equipment. Must maintain high standards of personal hygiene and shop cleanliness. Must have good communication and customer-service skills. Must be punctual, disciplined, honest and hardworking. Must be able to work under pressure and serve customers efficiently. Must be creative and willing to learn new haircut styles. Must respect customers and maintain a professional attitude. Must be able to work with other staff members. Must be willing to undergo a practical haircutting test before employment.
