Responsibilities
Managing correspondence: Receiving, sending, and responding to emails, letters, and phone calls. Scheduling appointments: Organizing meetings, maintaining calendars, and arranging appointments. Preparing documents: Typing letters, reports, meeting agendas, minutes, and other business documents. Maintaining records: Filing and organizing both physical and electronic documents so they are easy to retrieve. Minimum Qualification Requirements
Senior high school (shs) certificate – accepted for entry-level secretary or receptionist roles in some companies. Diploma or higher national diploma (hnd) in secretarial studies, office management, business administration, or a related field – often preferred. Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related discipline – may be required for executive or senior secretary positions.
