Greeting and Seating: Warmly welcoming guests upon arrival and escorting them to their tables.
Order Management: Providing menus, explaining daily specials, and making recommendations based on guest preferences.
Accurate Taking of Orders: Recording food and drink orders precisely and communicating these to the kitchen.
Food and Beverage Delivery: Serving dishes and drinks promptly while adhering to proper service etiquette.
Guest Satisfaction Checks: Monitoring tables throughout the meal to ensure satisfaction, refilling drinks, and addressing any complaints or additional requests.
Payment Handling: Delivering bills, processing cash or credit card transactions accurately, and sometimes handling room charges for hotel guests.
