Specialized Hotel Duties Room Service: Taking detailed orders for in-room dining and delivering trays to guest rooms. Banquets and Events: Setting up and serving large groups for conferences, weddings, or corporate meetings. Cross-Department Coordination: Communicating with the front desk and housekeeping to meet specific guest needs. Upselling: Actively suggesting premium menu items or pairings to increase revenue
