Proper handling and care of clients’ hair.
Maintaining clean and hygienic tools and workspace.
Providing friendly and professional customer service.
Completing hairstyles neatly and within a reasonable time.
Keeping the salon/work area organized.
Being punctual, hardworking and reliable.
Requirements & Skills
Required Skills
Skilled in stitch braiding
Skilled in different types of braids
Ability to create neat and well-finished hairstyles
Good speed and accuracy
Creativity in braiding styles
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Basic education or vocational training in hairdressing/braiding is preferred.
Must have practical hair-braiding skills.
Previous experience in hair braiding is an advantage.
Must be willing to learn and follow salon standards.
Must be hardworking, neat, respectful and reliable.
Must be resident in Kumasi.
Minimum Experience
3 years
Clean and maintain all areas of the home.
Sweep, mop, dust, and keep the house tidy.
Wash, iron, fold, and arrange clothes.
