Responsibilities
Climbing tall coconuts and harvesting coconuts from tall trees. Must be able to climb fast and decend fast. Must be able to work with a team. Must have experience.
Requirements & Skills
Ability to climb coconut trees, medium and tall ones. Must be physically fit. Must be extremely cautious. Must be of good character. Able to work in a team. Able to do other work related coconut harvesting activities such as counting coconuts and selecting.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Jhs, shs, tertiary, vocational, any level of educational is preferred. Should be able to speak English and twi fluently. Any other language is an added bonus.
Minimum Experience
less than 1 year
You will be provided a good commission based on work done, added incentives, bonus, mandatory food and shelter for outside jobs, etc. Financial support inclusive if you demonstrate good character. Work just 4 times a week, 2 days off fully paid mandatory.
