DNG Is Hiring – 6 Delivery Riders in Kumasi

Safely collect and deliver packages across Kumasi. Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules. Use Google Maps and company smartphone for navigation and communication. Handle customers’ packages carefully and professionally. Confirm collections and deliveries correctly. Maintain professional communication with customers and business clients. Perform basic daily safety checks on the company motorcycle. Keep the motorcycle, equipment and uniform clean and in good condition. Report delays, incidents or motorcycle issues immediately. Follow DnG safety, service and customer-care standards.

Valid motorcycle riding licence. Good knowledge of Kumasi and surrounding areas. Confident and safe motorcycle rider. Able to use Google Maps, WhatsApp and smartphone apps. Reliable, punctual and trustworthy. Good communication and customer-service skills. Professional appearance and attitude. Able to handle packages responsibly. Basic knowledge of motorcycle safety and maintenance. Delivery or dispatch experience is highly valued. 3000GHS reachable fix + variable.

Valid motorcycle riding licence is mandatory. Previous motorcycle riding experience required. Previous delivery or dispatch experience preferred. Must be able to read and communicate effectively in English. Must be familiar with Kumasi and able to navigate using Google Maps. Must be available for full-time work. Shortlisted candidates must successfully complete a DnG interview and practical riding & delivery test.
