1. Be responsible for daily office affairs, including procurement, distribution and inventory of office supplies, and maintenance of office environment;
2. handle document receiving, sending and filing, Item Usage Registration;
3. Assist in personnel support work such as employee attendance statistics, entry and exit procedures, team building and welfare coordination;
4. Sort out sales and vehicle-related ledgers and materials, assist the sales team in basic data summary and contract filing;
5. Handle daily fee payment, logistics support and other affairs;
6. Complete other administrative work assigned by leaders.
