Power tested and works fine in that regard. I don't have the means to test its functionality otherwise, but it appears to be in pretty good shape. Rack mounting may be separated for shipping but is included (as is the power cable). Given that I can't verify every single function, it's sold as-is, but again it appears to be in good condition from what I can tell.
