Responsibilities
- Answer customer calls and reply to DMs and WhatsApp messages politely and quickly
- Help customers choose products, give prices and take their orders
- Record every order correctly and pass it to dispatch
- Follow up with customers on payment and delivery
- Shoot photos and videos of products with the team and help post them
- Take part in TikTok lives when needed
- Keep the office neat and follow daily instructions from the manager
Requirements & Skills
- Presentable, well-groomed and confident on camera
- Friendly, polite and good at talking to people
- Clear spoken and written English
- Fast typing and comfortable using a smartphone, WhatsApp, TikTok and Instagram
- Honest, hardworking and good with details
