Full‐Time Fashion Wholesale Sales Staff | Suame, Kumasi

Conduct daily wholesale clothing sales at our Suame warehouse in Kumasi. Greet walk-in customers, present garment styles, sizes and price lists professionally. Negotiate wholesale prices and close sales deals with retail buyers and small shop owners. Build and maintain long-term relationships with regular wholesale clients. Follow up with customers via phone and WhatsApp for repeat orders. Update sales records and track daily/weekly sales performance. Coordinate with warehouse staff to pick, pack and prepare ordered goods. Help organize and display clothing stock on the sales floor. Achieve monthly sales target set by management.

Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in clothing, fashion or wholesale trade. Confident and skilled in face-to-face customer selling and price negotiation. Good verbal English communication, able to chat with customers on WhatsApp. Self-motivated, target-driven and results-oriented. Honest, reliable and able to handle cash and daily sales records. Basic math and simple record-keeping ability. Must currently live in or around Suame, Kumasi. Available to work full-time on-site, Monday to Saturday.
