Responsibilities
- Answer customer calls and reply to DMs and WhatsApp messages politely and quickly
- Help customers choose products and complete their orders
- Host TikTok live broadcasts to showcase and sell Perfect Picture Cosmetics products
- Work with the team to plan, film and post creative content (videos, reels, product demos)
- Keep customer records and order details accurate
- Follow daily instructions from the team lead
Requirements & Skills
- Presentable, well-groomed and confident on camera
- Friendly, outgoing and good at talking to people
- Clear spoken and written English
- Comfortable using a smartphone, TikTok, Instagram and WhatsApp
- Creative, energetic and willing to learn
- Able to work on-site at fixed working hours

Minimum Qualification Requirements
- SSCE/WASSCE preferred, but a certificate is not compulsory
- Basic computer or phone skills
- Experience in customer service, sales or content creation is an advantage, but not required
