This gives you a total of over 4.8m2 of dehydrating rack space. Weight: 45kg This unit gives you the versatility of being able to independently control each of the 3 zones on their own. Set different temperatures and timers for each zone. Use only 1 zone or use all 3. Great for dehydrating different types of food simultaneously or even doing different recipes of jerky so the flavours don't cross contaminate.
