Security Personnel

Monitor and patrol hotel premises, including lobby, hallways, parking areas, and emergency exits to ensure safety and security of guests and staff Respond promptly to emergency situations, including medical emergencies, fires, and security threats Handle guest complaints and disturbances professionally, de-escalating conflicts when necessary Enforce hotel policies and procedures, including parking regulations and visitor protocols

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions under pressure • Conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques

At least High school diploma or equivalent required Physically fit and able to stand or walk for extended periods Prior security or law enforcement experience preferred but not always required Strong observational and situational awareness abilities
