Post, update, and maintain product listings on Jiji Ghana (photos, descriptions, pricing) Respond promptly to buyer inquiries via chat, call, or WhatsApp Provide accurate product information including sizes, materials, and availability Negotiate with buyers within approved price ranges Confirm orders and coordinate payment (Mobile Money, bank transfer, or cash) Arrange delivery logistics or pickup points with buyers Report every confirmed sale to the business owner promptly Handle basic customer complaints and escalate when necessary Renew or boost listings to maintain visibility Submit a weekly summary of sales, active listings, and buyer feedback Flag any suspicious activity or scam attempts

Smartphone with stable internet access active jiji ghana account or willingness to create one availability to respond to inquiries during business hours strong written and verbal communication skills in english basic understanding of mobile money transactions (mtn momo, telecel cash, etc.) honest, reliable, and self-motivated ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Minimum of shs (senior high school) graduate prior experience in sales, customer service, or online marketplace selling is an advantage no formal degree required — results and attitude matter most must be based in ghana (accra preferred but not mandatory)
