Singer and Keyboard Player Needed for Church

For the Vocalist: Lead and/or provide background vocals during worship sets, ensuring accurate pitch, timing, and vocal blending with the team. For the Keyboard Player: Provide dynamic musical accompaniment, adapting to various worship styles (contemporary, gospel, traditional) and playing in sync with the vocalist and other band members. General Duties: Participate in all scheduled services and any special church events. Attend and actively participate in weekly rehearsals. Review and practice chord charts, sheet music, or vocal arrangements independently prior to rehearsals. Work closely and respectfully with the worship leader, sound engineers, and church leadership to ensure a seamless worship experience.

Vocalists: Strong vocal control, ability to harmonize by ear, and confidence in stage presence. Keyboard Players: High proficiency in playing the keyboard/piano, understanding of music theory (chords, progressions, keys), and ability to play by ear or read chord charts. Both Roles: Excellent sense of timing and rhythm. Strong teamwork and communication skills. A humble, coachable attitude and a genuine heart for ministry. Reliability, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility.
