Responsibilities
1. Deliver orders safely, accurately, and on time.
2. Treat customers with courtesy, respect, and professionalism.
3. Follow all company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
4. Obey all traffic laws and practice safe riding at all times.
5. Keep the assigned motorcycle/bicycle in good working condition and report any faults immediately.
6. Confirm all deliveries are completed correctly and obtain proof of delivery where required.
7. Handle customers’ goods with care to prevent damage or loss.
8. Maintain a neat appearance and wear the company’s uniform and safety gear while on duty.
9. Report accidents, delays, customer complaints, or other incidents to the supervisor promptly.
10. Protect company property, equipment, and confidential information.
11. Be punctual, reliable, and available during assigned working hours.
12. Maintain regular communication with dispatch or the operations team regarding delivery status.
13. Avoid unauthorized use of the company’s motorcycle
Requirements & Skills
*Valid rider’s licence.
* Ability to ride a motorcycle safely and confidently.
* Good knowledge of local roads and routes.
* Honest, punctual, and responsible.
* Good communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet delivery deadlines.
