Customer Retention: Deliver exceptional customer service to build a loyal clientele and drive repeat business. Proven Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of active commercial barbering experience. Trend Awareness: Up-to-date knowledge of modern hairstyles, classic cuts, razor techniques, and texturing. Tool Proficiency: Must possess your own professional-grade clippers, trimmers, shears, and shaving tools. Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in English and local languages (Twi/Ga).
