Responsibilities
Supervise the daily activities of the production team.
Assign jobs to workers and monitor progress.
Issue tools, equipment, and materials to workers as required.
Keep accurate records of all tools and materials issued and returned.
Monitor stock levels and report items that need replenishment.
Requirements & Skills
Good leadership and communication skills.
Ability to keep accurate inventory and production records.
Honest, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Minimum qualification: hnd, diploma, or technical certificate (nvti/ctvet) in mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, welding & fabrication, industrial engineering, or a related technical field.
Candidates with Senior High School (Technical/Vocational) education and relevant workshop experience may also be considered.
