Roof Estimator Needed

Prepare accurate roofing and construction quotations Measure site dimensions and calculate material quantities Estimate costs for roofing sheets, trusses, accessories, and labor Visit project sites for inspections and measurements Prepare BOQs and project cost reports Work closely with sales, operations, and production teams Follow up with clients regarding quotations and project updates Ensure projects stay within budget and material estimates

Strong knowledge in roofing and construction estimation Ability to read building plans and drawings Good mathematical and calculation skills Knowledge of roofing materials and trusses Ability to use Microsoft Excel and estimation software Good communication and negotiation skills Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Valid driver’s license is an advantage

Hnd, diploma, or degree in building technology, construction, civil engineering, quantity surveying, or related field minimum 2 years experience in roofing or construction estimation experience in site measurements and boq preparation is an advantage
