Responsibilities
​1. Product Demonstrations & Technical Consultations ​Kärcher products—ranging from classic domestic pressure washers (like the K4 or K5) to massive industrial wet & dry vacuums (like the NT series) and floor scrubbers—require hands-on proof. 2. ​On-Site Demos: Taking machines directly to a prospect’s site (car washes, construction sites, hotels, or corporate offices in areas like Airport Residential, Oyarifa, or Spintex) to show the machine in action. ​Application Matching: Assessing a client’s environment to recommend the exact right machine. For instance, explaining why a business needs a commercial-grade hot water pressure washer versus a cold water one to tackle stubborn grease. ​2. Market Penetration & Lead Generation ​The market in Ghana is competitive, with alternative brands ​B2B Account Acquisition: Actively prospecting high-value industries in Ghana, such as construction companies, manufacturing plants, mining facilities, commercial car washes, and cleaning agencies.
Requirements & Skills
​formal education: a bachelor’s degree or higher national diploma (hnd) in marketing, business administration, or engineering (mechanical or electrical). Having a technical background is highly valued due to the engineering nature of industrial cleaning equipment. ​work experience: typically 3 to 5 years of proven experience in b2b sales, industrial equipment distribution, or fast-moving consumer goods (fmcg) channel management within ghana.
