Responsibilities
Assist in administrative duties Maintain positive customer relationships and resolve basic customer concerns. Sales and Inventory Support Assist in processing customer orders and sales transactions. Support periodic stock counts and inventory reconciliation. Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies. Assist in updating product information and pricing records. Financial and Record Management Support Assist with preparing invoices, receipts, and payment records. Ensure proper documentation of business transactions. Perform other administrative duties as assigned. Attention to detail and accuracy. lifelite also provides installment buy or susu servicess Since LIFELITE Services sells electronics and also offers installment purchase (Susu/PayGo) Verify customer documentation and complete onboarding requirements Register and update customer information in the company's management systems.
Requirements & Skills
Accuracy and timeliness of administrative work. Customer satisfaction and responsiveness. Proper maintenance of records and files. Accuracy of inventory and stock records. Timely completion of assigned tasks. Compliance with company policies and procedures. Working Conditions Office-based role with occasional field Qualifications and Requirements Education Diploma, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Secretarial Studies, or a related field. Experience At least one (1) year experience in an administrative or customer service role is preferred. Experience in retail, electronics sales, or inventory management will be an advantage. Skills and Competencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good organizational and time-management abilities. Basic skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel). Basic bookkeeping and record-management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Must posses wassce(with experience in similar role), diploma, hnd or degree.
