Take customers’ orders accurately and communicate them clearly to the kitchen. Serve kenkey, soups, stews, sides, drinks, and other menu items promptly. Check on customers during their meals to ensure they are satisfied. Handle customer questions, requests, and complaints politely and professionally. Process bills and collect cash or electronic payments accurately. Keep tables, chairs, serving areas, and the dining area clean and organized. Clear used plates, cups, and cutlery promptly. Assist with packaging takeaway orders and confirming that orders are complete. Follow food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards at all times. Report customer feedback, shortages, damaged items, or other issues to the supervisor. Maintain a friendly, respectful, and professional attitude toward customers and colleagues.
