Operate and assist with production machines. Pack, seal, label, and arrange finished products. Sort and inspect products for quality. Load and unload materials and products safely. Keep the production area clean and organized. Follow workplace safety rules and instructions. Assist supervisors and other team members with daily production tasks. Count and record products or materials when required. Report damaged products, machine problems, or safety issues to a supervisor. Meet daily production targets while maintaining good quality. Wear required protective equipment and follow hygiene procedures. Work cooperatively with other employees as part of a production team. Note: Duties can vary depending on whether the position is for sealing, labelling, cleaning, security, driving, forklift operation, supervision, or general production.

Must be 18 years or older. Ability to follow instructions and workplace procedures. Physically fit and able to perform assigned duties safely. Good communication and teamwork skills. Punctual, hardworking, responsible, and reliable. Willingness to work shifts or overtime when required. Ability to maintain cleanliness and safety standards. Previous factory or production experience is an advantage, but may not be required for entry-level positions. Must be willing to learn and follow supervisor instructions. Relevant qualifications or licenses may be required for specialized roles such as drivers or forklift operators.
