It is a synthetic rubber emulsion added to cement mortars to provide waterproofing and improve adherence. Usage Areas It is used in thin layer repair mortars, floor alum, concrete repair mortars, plasters, coatings with abrasive strength, ceramic adhesive mortars, and as an alum undercoat. Application Emülzer Latex is diluted with clean mixing water with a ratio of 1:1 to 1:4 (WatenLatex), and then mixed with fresh cement and sand. As an undercoat, it is applied to the surface with a brush, and if you are going to apply mortar onto Emülzer Latex layer, it should not be dry. It definitely should not be used alone.
