Waiter / Waitress Wanted

• Welcome and attend to customers in a friendly and professional manner. • Take customers’ drink orders accurately. • Serve food and drinks promptly and correctly. • Check on customers during their visit to ensure they are satisfied. • Clear and clean tables after customers leave. • Keep the dining and service areas clean, organized, and presentable. • Assist customers with menu items and make recommendations when needed. • Handle customer requests and complaints politely and escalate issues to the supervisor when necessary. • Prepare tables and service areas before opening and during service. • Assist with restocking drinks, cutlery, napkins, and other service supplies. • Ensure orders and bills are accurately recorded. • Process customer payments where required and provide correct change. • Follow the bar’s hygiene and safety

• Must live around Jamestown, Osu, Korle Gonno, Mamprobi, or nearby communities. • Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is an advantage, but not necessarily required. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Friendly, respectful, and customer focused. • Able to work under pressure in a busy environment. • Good personal hygiene and professional appearance. • Reliable, punctual, and willing to work flexible shifts. • Ability to work well as part of a team. • Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is an advantage.

• Minimum of WASSCE/SSCE or equivalent. • Previous experience in a bar, restaurant, hotel, or customer service role is an advantage. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Must be 18 years or older. • Must be reliable, punctual, and well groomed. • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment. • Must demonstrate honesty, respect, and good customer service.
