Responsibilities
Establish team objectives and goals, overseeing training, or advising fighters when needed ,mediating interpersonal conflicts in relationships between Tha Label , fighters , Promoters, coaches, or individual fighters’ management.
Requirements & Skills
Must have a thorough understanding of boxing as a sport, and business. It is preferred this knowledge be backed with experience as a boxer, coach, manager, administrator in Boxing. Also needs to have a aptitude for social work. Speak Excellent English and Twi and Ga

3 good references must pass background check high school diploma or certificate A bachelor’s degree in the area of sports, Business management, or social work is preferred. But ALL candidates with a strong background in Boxing with at least 5 years’ experience of good character will be considered.
