Responsibilities
> 1. Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales
> 2. Promote products via social media, WhatsApp and offline channels
> 3. Create content (flyers, videos, captions)
> 4. Research market trends and find new customers
> 5. Generate leads and manage customer relationships
> 6. Work with sales team to meet targets
> 7. Track performance and submit weekly reports
Requirements & Skills
> - 3+ years proven experience in Marketing or Sales
> - Strong knowledge of social media & digital marketing
> - Excellent communication and persuasion skills
> - Creative, self-motivated and target-driven
> - Ability to create content and run campaigns
> - Must be based in Ho and ready to work onsite/field
Minimum Qualification Requirements
> No diploma/degree required. Minimum SHS/WASSCE. 3+ years marketing/sales experience, good communication, social media & smartphone savvy, hardworking and target-driven.
