Key Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly, present menus, and answer questions about food and drinks.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and send them to the kitchen or bar.
Serve food and drinks to tables quickly, neatly, and at the right temperature.
Clear empty plates, glasses, and silverware from tables once guests are finished.
Clean and set up tables with clean tablecloths, cutlery, and napkins.
Prepare accurate guest bills and handle cash, card, or room-charge payments.
