Hotel Waiter Need at Kpotoe (Free Accommodation Food)

Key Responsibilities Greet guests warmly, present menus, and answer questions about food and drinks. Take accurate food and beverage orders and send them to the kitchen or bar. Serve food and drinks to tables quickly, neatly, and at the right temperature. Clear empty plates, glasses, and silverware from tables once guests are finished. Clean and set up tables with clean tablecloths, cutlery, and napkins. Prepare accurate guest bills and handle cash, card, or room-charge payments.

Requirements and Skills Friendly, cheerful personality with excellent manners. Good communication skills to interact easily with local and international guests. Ability to stand and walk for long hours during a shift. Basic math skills to calculate bills and give correct change. Team player who can work well with the kitchen staff and bartenders.

Minimum qualifications ssce / high school diploma. 1 year of experience in waitressing or customer service (hotel restaurant experience is a plus, but we also train beginners). Appearance: high standard of personal grooming and neatness.
