Responsibilities
Mix, prepare, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to hotel guests.
Greet customers, take their orders, and give recommendations from the drink menu.
Keep the bar area, counters, glasses, and equipment perfectly clean and organized.
Process payments accurately using cash, cards, or charging directly to hotel rooms.
Monitor bar inventory and restock ice, fruits, and bottles when running low.
Follow all health, safety, and alcohol service laws strictly.
