Vacancy for Security Personnel

- Monitor and log everyone entering/leaving: residents, guests, delivery riders, workers. - Verify IDs and visitor purpose, issue visitor passes. - Control gates/barriers and ensure they’re not propped open. - Respond to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies like fire, medical incidents, or break-ins. - Keep detailed shift logs: who visited, incidents, maintenance issues spotted. - Document any accidents, thefts, or damage. - Answer resident questions, receive packages, and hold them securely. - Coordinate with maintenance, cleaners, and management.

1. Age & fitness- usually 23-35years old, physically fit, good eyesight/hearing. 2. Education- minimum bece/jhs, but shs is preferred. Must read, write, and speak english/twi clearly for logbooks. 3. Background check- no criminal record + must provide guarantor/character references. 4. Availability-willing to work shifts: day, night, weekends, holidays. 5. Communication-polite but firm with residents/guests. 6. Integrity & honesty- handles keys, parcels, resident info with trust. No “settlement” from visitors. 7. Basic emergency response -knows fire extinguisher use, first aid basics, evacuation procedure. 8. Discipline & reliability- shows up on time for shifts, stays awake on night duty, follows patrol routes.
