- Verify IDs and visitor purpose, issue visitor passes.
- Control gates/barriers and ensure they’re not propped open.
- Respond to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies like fire, medical incidents, or break-ins.
- Keep detailed shift logs: who visited, incidents, maintenance issues spotted.
- Document any accidents, thefts, or damage.
- Answer resident questions, receive packages, and hold them securely.
- Coordinate with maintenance, cleaners, and management.
