Responsibilities

• Dispense medications and health products accurately and safely under the supervision of the Pharmacist-in-Charge • Operate pharmacy point-of-sale (POS) systems to process sales transactions • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock management • Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries about medications and health products • Label medications correctly and ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations • Handle cash and card payments with accuracy and maintain audit trails

Requirements & Skills

• valid medicine counter assistant (mca) qualification or certificate issued by the pharmacy council of ghana • proficiency with pharmacy pos software ( • strong computer literacy and ability to learn new software systems quickly • excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation • strong interpersonal and communication skills • honesty, integrity, and commitment to pharmaceutical ethics
