It was ordered directly from starlink at a cost of GHS 5100 because I paid activation fees included. Activation fees has been paid already so even if you're in area where activation fees is required, not will not pay it since I've paid already. I'm selling because I use it alone but I don't consume much, so the subscription becomes a loss to me since I was paying 770 monthly but end up using less than 300GB for the whole month but now I'm able to achieve what I want to do with Telecel network even though Starlink is very fast compared to it. I have factory reset it just like how we reset phone so that you can set it up with your own information and ready for your use, you just need to set it up and use. It has been tested and working 100%. It can be delivered to you anywhere but I'll not be responsible for the delivery and fare.
