Greet customers warmly and escort them to their tables Take food and beverage orders accurately Serve meals and drinks promptly and professionally Ensure tables and dining areas are clean and well-arranged Attend to customer enquiries and complaints politely Work closely with the kitchen and bar staff Process bills and handle payments correctly Follow hygiene, safety, and restaurant standards at all times

Previous experience as a waitress is an advantage (but not mandatory) Good communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, respectful, and well-presented Ability to work under pressure and during busy hours Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays Basic knowledge of food service and hygiene practices
