Primary Teacher

Key Responsibilities • Instruction & Delivery: Deliver engaging, learner-centered lessons across all subjects outlined in the GES Basic 4 curriculum. • Assessment & Evaluation: Design and administer continuous assessment tasks, quizzes, and term examinations in alignment with GES standards and grading structures. • Classroom Environment: Maintain a safe, inclusive, stimulating, and well-organized classroom environment that encourages active participation. • Student Progress Tracking: Monitor individual student academic growth and behavioral development, maintaining accurate records and providing constructive feedback to learners and parents. • Co-Curricular Engagement: Participate actively in school meetings, professional development workshops, and extracurricular activities.

• Curriculum Knowledge: Good understanding of the GES curriculum and lesson planning basics. • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of teaching or formal classroom assistant experience.

Requirements & Qualifications • Educational Background: Minimum of Senior High School (SHS) certificate progressing up to recognized Professional Teaching Qualifications (e.g., Teacher Training Cert 'A', Diploma in Basic Education, or B.Ed.).
