Primary Teacher

1. Teaching and Learning – Plan and deliver effective lessons and assess students’ work. 2. Classroom Management – Maintain discipline, order, cleanliness, and a conducive learning environment. 3. Student Monitoring – Monitor students’ academic performance, attendance, behaviour, and welfare. 4. Record Keeping – Maintain accurate attendance, assessment, and other class records. 5. Parent & School Communication – Communicate students’ progress and concerns to parents and school management.

1. Relevant teaching qualification – Diploma, Degree, or equivalent in Education or a related field. 2. Teaching experience – Experience in classroom teaching is an advantage. 3. Good communication skills – Ability to communicate effectively with learners, parents, and colleagues. 4. Classroom management skills – Ability to maintain discipline and create a positive learning environment. 5. Commitment and professionalism – Punctual, responsible, patient, hardworking, and committed to students’ development.
