Mathematics Tutot Needed for Immediate Employment

* Teach Mathematics lessons using learner-centered and practical teaching methods. * Prepare lesson plans, notes, exercises, assignments, and assessments. * Explain mathematical concepts clearly using age-appropriate examples and teaching aids. * Help learners develop strong numeracy, calculation, reasoning, and problem-solving skills. * Identify learners’ strengths and areas that require additional support. * Monitor and assess learners’ academic progress and provide constructive feedback. * Provide extra support to learners who may need additional help in Mathematics. * Maintain good classroom management and encourage active participation. * Prepare learners adequately for class tests, examinations, and other academic activities. * Keep accurate records of learners’ performance and progress. * Participate in staff meetings, school activities, and professional development programmes.

* Strong knowledge of Mathematics and excellent communication skills. * Ability to explain mathematical concepts in a simple and understandable way. * Patient, approachable, and passionate about teaching. * Good classroom management and organizational skills. * Ability to use creative and practical approaches to teaching Mathematics. * Ability to work effectively with learners of different abilities. * Knowledge of the Ghana Education Service (GES) curriculum is an advantage. * Previous teaching experience is an added advantage.

* Diploma in Basic Education, Diploma in Education, Mathematics Education, or a related field. * Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Mathematics, or a related field is an added advantage. * Previous teaching experience is preferred. * Must be hardworking, punctual, responsible, patient, and committed to learners’ academic development.
