Career Tech Creative Arts Tutor Needed for Immediate Employment

Teach Career Technology and Creative Arts lessons using practical and learner-centered approaches. * Introduce pupils to basic practical skills, design, creativity, and technology. * Plan and prepare engaging lessons, practical activities, projects, and assessments. * Guide pupils in drawing, painting, crafts, modelling, design, and other creative activities. * Teach age-appropriate practical skills in areas such as basic sewing, food and nutrition, woodwork, or other relevant Career Technology topics. * Encourage pupils to explore their creativity and develop their own ideas. * Organize practical projects, exhibitions, and creative activities when required. * Ensure proper use, care, and storage of tools and teaching materials. * Assess pupils’ practical skills, creativity, participation, and overall progress. * Maintain a safe and well-organized practical learning environment. * Participate in school activities, staff meetings, and professional development programmes.

* Strong interest and ability in Career Technology and Creative Arts. * Excellent communication and classroom management skills. * Creative, patient, resourceful, and enthusiastic about working with children. * Ability to demonstrate practical skills clearly to pupils. * Ability to develop interesting and age-appropriate practical activities. * Good organizational and teamwork skills. * Knowledge of the Ghana Education Service (GES) curriculum is an advantage. * Previous teaching experience is an added advantage.

* Diploma in Education, Diploma in Basic Education, Diploma in Technical/Vocational Education, Creative Arts, or a related field. * Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Career Technology, Visual Arts, or a related field is an added advantage. * Practical experience in creative arts, crafts, design, or technical skills is an advantage. * Must be hardworking, responsible, innovative, and passionate about developing pupils’ practical and creative abilities.
