Lower Primary Tutor Needed for Immediate Employment

* Teach core subjects in the Lower Primary department in line with the school’s curriculum. * Prepare lesson notes, schemes of learning, teaching and learning materials, assignments, and assessments. * Create engaging, interactive, and learner-centered lessons. * Assess pupils’ progress and maintain accurate academic records. * Promote pupils’ literacy, numeracy, creativity, and critical thinking skills. * Maintain effective classroom management and discipline. * Ensure the safety and well-being of pupils at all times. * Communicate effectively with parents regarding pupils’ academic and behavioural progress. * Participate in staff meetings, school activities, and professional development programmes.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Passion for working with young children. * Strong classroom management and organizational skills. * Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. * Good knowledge of child development and effective teaching strategies. * Familiarity with the Ghana Education Service (GES) curriculum is an advantage. * Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

* Diploma in Basic Education, Diploma in Early Childhood Education, or any related Education qualification. * Bachelor’s Degree in Education is an added advantage. * At least one (1) year of teaching experience in a preschool or primary school is preferred. * Must be hardworking, patient, creative, and committed to children’s academic and personal development.
