Responsibilities
Mould kenkey quickly and consistently according to company standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Work with the kitchen team to meet daily production targets.
Follow all food hygiene and safety procedures.
Assist with other kitchen duties when required.
Requirements & Skills
Female applicants preferred.
Experience in moulding kenkey is an advantage, but willing-to-learn applicants may also apply.
Must be hardworking and able to work long hours.
Must be physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
Must be punctual, reliable, and able to follow instructions.
Must pay close attention to detail and maintain consistent size and quality.
Must maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Must be able to work well in a team.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Must have completed Senior High School (SHS).
Applicants must be between 18 and 22 years of age.
Previous experience in kenkey moulding or kitchen work is an advantage but not required.
Must be hardworking, disciplined, and willing to learn.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Must have good personal hygiene and a positive attitude toward work.
