Property Agent Needed Urgently

Find properties available for rent, sale, and lease. Assist clients in finding suitable houses, apartments, lands, and commercial properties. Arrange property viewings for interested clients. Communicate with property owners, landlords, and prospective tenants or buyers. Negotiate prices and rental terms between clients and property owners. Verify property details and ensure information provided to clients is accurate. Follow up with clients and maintain good customer relationships. Assist with documentation and property transaction processes. Promote available properties through social media and other marketing channels.

Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and customer service skills. Ability to market and promote properties. Honest, trustworthy, and professional. Good organisational and record-keeping skills. Ability to work independently and meet targets. Basic computer and social media skills. Previous experience in real estate or sales is an advantage.

Minimum of SHS/WASSCE or equivalent. A certificate or training in real estate, sales, or marketing is an advantage. Relevant work experience is an added advantage
