Transport Goods Safely Drive trucks to transport goods and materials from one location to another safely and on time. Vehicle Inspection Conduct routine inspections of the truck before and after trips to ensure it is in good working condition (checking brakes, tires, lights, oil, and fuel). Loading and Unloading Assist in loading and unloading goods when necessary and ensure cargo is properly secured to prevent damage during transport. Follow Traffic Laws and Safety Regulations Obey all road and traffic regulations and follow company safety policies at all times. Valid Driver’s License Must possess a valid commercial driver’s license Driving Experience Minimum of 2–5 years experience driving trucks or heavy-duty vehicles. Good Knowledge of Road Safety Rules Strong understanding of traffic laws, road safety regulations, and transport procedures. Physical Fitness Must be physically fit and capable of handling long hours of driving and occasional loading or unloading of goods. Good Communication Skills Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, clients, and team members.
