Sales Person

Attend to customers and provide excellent customer service. Promote and sell poultry products such as feed, vaccines, drugs, equipment, and farm supplies. Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable poultry products. Prepare sales invoices, receipts, and process customer payments. Follow up with customers to build strong business relationships. Achieve daily and monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of sales transactions. Assist with stock counting and report low-stock items. Receive, arrange, and display products neatly in the shop. Ensure products are properly handled and stored. Keep the sales area clean and organized. Handle customer complaints professionally and provide solutions. Support marketing activities and product promotions. Monitor market trends and provide feedback on customer demands.

Minimum of Senior High School (SHS) Certificate or equivalent. HND or Bachelor's degree is an added advantage. Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service and sales skills. Ability to persuade customers and achieve sales targets. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS systems is an added advantage. Honest, trustworthy, and responsible. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. Applicants residing in or around Ejisu will have an added advantage.
