The individual must be willing to learn crop farming and animal husbandry. Should be able to manage crops and animals. General tasks include: Weeding, spraying, mulching, cleaning, feeding pigs and poultry, etc.
Benefits include Ghc1000gh per month wages, 100-200gh monthly performance bonus, annual bonus of 500gh for the completion of one year of work. Also after sales 'from the heart' bonus.
