APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AS ESTATE OFFICER.
I write to apply for employment as estate officer.
I currently hold a Higher National Diploma (HND) from Kumasi technical university in Estate Management Department (EMD).
I have successfully completed my National Service with the Estate and Municipal Services Department (EMSD) at Kumasi technical university, currently working at Onwe Government Hospital and I would be very grateful if I get the opportunity to work and prove my skills as estate officer.
I have been trained in facility management, property management, and land valuation, project supervision, Asset register and in other related disciplines. Moreover, I have gained enough experience in property and facility management through attachment and National Service working at the Estate and Municipal Services Department as well as Nation builder’s corps (NABCO) over this period. I believe this coupled with my set of skills would be very useful.
