Responsibilities
Deal with customer inquiries and reservations, both in person and over the phone Provide customers with information regarding flight schedules, fares, and connections Issue tickets, boarding passes and other travel documents Help passengers with check-in procedures, baggage handling and special needs Assist customers with problems that may arise during travel Process ticket changes and refunds Assist in other duties such as scheduling flights and handling customer complaints
Requirements & Skills
Excellent customer service skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Able to work under pressure Good numeracy and literacy skills Knowledge of Travelport System
Minimum Qualification Requirements
At least 1 year experience in the aviation space.
