Responsibilities
Host TikTok live stream, introduce hair wigs, hair extensions to local customers
Interact with viewers, answer product questions, promote sales during livestream
Cooperate with team to prepare live goods, maintain live room order
Record simple short videos for TikTok account as arranged
Duties
Reply customer messages on WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok inbox promptly
Answer questions about hair products, price, delivery, order arrangement
Follow up customers, handle order consultation and after-sales issues
Sort customer information and feedback to management timely
Requirements & Skills
Conduct TikTok live selling hair wigs & hair extensions, interact with audience, answer customer questions, achieve live sales target.
Requirements:
Female, stay in Accra, fluent English.
Confident in front of camera, outgoing.
Previous TikTok live experience preferred.
