Sales Representatives | Russian / Ukrainian

- Engage with potential and existing Russian-speaking clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and live chat. - Understand clients' requirements and recommend appropriate products or services to meet their needs. - Provide prompt and accurate information to clients, address inquiries, and handle objections effectively. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. - Collaborate with the Sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the department. - Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities. - Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the Sales Manager. - Continuously enhance sales skills and knowledge through training and professional development opportunities.

- Fluent in spoken and written Russian is essential. - Proficiency in English for effective communication within the team is required. - Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a related field. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust. - Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a positive and proactive attitude. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus. - Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events, if required.
