Responsibilities
- Engage with potential and existing Russian-speaking clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and live chat.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the department.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the Sales Manager.
Requirements & Skills
- Fluent in spoken and written Russian is essential.
- Proficiency in English for effective communication within the team is required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a positive and proactive attitude.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Native english speaker with proficiency in the russian language.
