As an onboarding agent, your role will require you to scout for leads and onboard them.
Duties:
- Source for new/potential customers
- Onboard or register new clients
- Closing deals with new and existing customers
- Assist clients with problems associated to their accounts
- Help customers to create accounts
- Meet the onboarding / registration target
