Shop Attendants Needed

• Welcome customers with a friendly, supportive, and patient attitude. • Assist parents and guardians in selecting baby, maternity, and kids’ products based on their needs. • Provide accurate product knowledge, including features, safety information, and age suitability. • Maintain the presentation of the shop floor by ensuring displays are tidy, well-stocked, and visually appealing. • Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system. • Handle customer enquiries, concerns, or complaints professionally and efficiently. • Support with stock management including receiving deliveries, unpacking, tagging, and organizing products. • Promote in-store deals, loyalty schemes, and new arrivals to boost sales. • Ensure compliance with store policies, health & safety guidelines, and product handling procedures. • Work closely with the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• SHS Certificate or higher educational qualification. • Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. • A patient, caring, and customer-focused personality—especially with new parents. • Basic computer literacy and confidence using a POS system. • Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
